Sleep and Insomnia Support

Effective interventions are available to help you sleep better and prevent poor sleep from returning.  Poor sleep habits and misconceptions about sleep can be changed.  You can improve your productivity, work performance, or other day-to-day functioning.

Silicon Valley/Tech Professionals

I have worked with Silicon Valley/Tech professionals for over 4 years in my private practice and over 2 years at Google.  I can address therapeutic issues and stressors with an understanding of the work culture, personalities, and expectations.   In addition, I was also born and raised in the Silicon Valley and studied engineering in college.  

 

Group Therapy

Group therapy helps individuals face obstacles and problems similar in one-on-one therapy.  Group therapy is an opportunity to learn about the interpersonal underpinnings of our issues through feedback, insight, and skill acquisition under the guidance of the therapist and support of the group.  Group therapy also offers support through meeting others with similar life challenges, thus feeling validated and understood.  The benefit of Group therapy also lies in the act of gaining and giving support around similar issues.
