A free 15 minute phone consultation is provided to discuss scheduling and “fit."   In the phone consult, please share what brings you to counseling and we discuss how therapy can help and support you.  Immediate support and resources may be also be provided.

When the appointment is scheduled, I will proceed by inviting you to my practice portal where you can answer a brief questionnaire and review my practice policies.  This will help us use our time over the phone more efficiently.  The portal invite will come in a separate email.

INSURANCE NOTE: I am no longer contracted with Anthem Blue Cross. My contract has ended and I am working with Anthem Blue Cross to remove my listing from their network.  I am glad to offer my free 15 minute consultation and I can assist with verifying eligibility, reviewing insurance benefits, and finding a good client-therapist match.
