Welcome! My approach to well-being and psychological health is influenced by 15 years of experience applying science and best practices, and is also inspired by holistic psychologies that can be described as compassionate and genuine. The combination of my experience integrates "what works", along with an emphasis on authenticity and personal growth.

I can work with everyone but have primary experience with adolescents, families, individual adults, and couples. 

Goals of our work can include reduction of specific symptoms, improving our day to day functioning (school/work), or exploring and uncovering parts of our deeper selves.
